2-year Workmanship Guarantee - If you are unhappy with our work for the first two years on any project (from the date of completion) give us a call and we will work with you to resolve it.

3-year Tile Workmanship Guarantee - We will warranty the installation of tile against breakage or loose tiles for a period of 3-years from project completion.

5-year Deck Warrantee - If your deck framing, including railings, posts, joists, and ledger fail five years from the date of completion we will repair your deck free-of-charge.

Tile Waterproofing Limited Lifetime Warranty - We warranty the waterproofing of your tile shower for life. As long as you own your home, the waterproofing is covered under this warranty.

Structural Repair Limited Lifetime Warranty - We warranty any structural repair made to your home that the load path is directly transferred to a properly engineered footing for as long as you own your home. Lumber that is necessarily placed directly against concrete or virgin earth is excluded from this warranty.
